He/she uses mortar with trowel on building blocks and bricks, lays them in designed rows and shapes, he uses also other construction structure materials, plasters walls and ceilings, lays concrete floors and bathroom tiles, forms ornamental brickwork designs, repairs and alters existing brickwork and other constructions.

Being an administrator you will be exposed to different things that could be office resources or administrative issues, an admin can be the one to deal with them. The typical administrator duties is to manage the office equipment, maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment, handling of external and internal communication or management system, managing clerical or other administrative staff, organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings and most of all sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post. Much of administrative work involve oral and written communication, word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries.
